I’m Brian Steffen, owner of Bozeman Inspections. I am a licensed and certified home inspector with more than 15 years of hands‑on experience in the construction industry. BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Before opening Bozeman Inspections I worked in residential construction and remodeling. That work gave me a strong foundation in structure, roofing, mechanical systems, and finishes. Today I use that background to deliver inspections that are detailed, unbiased, and easy to understand for first‑time buyers, seasoned investors, and sellers preparing to list.
